CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

You must be 18 years of age or above to be able to place an order. If not, you need an authorised consent from a parent or a legal guardian to be able to place an order.

Shipping and delivery

Each individual Designer on CollectionofDesigners.com has their own terms and conditions for delivery and freight. Read each Designer’s terms carefully. Unless a Designer has outlined otherwise they have 10 days to deliver once an order has been placed. Should a Designer for some reason not be able to deliver the item/s within 10 days then they are obliged to notify the Purchaser. CollectionofDesigners.com takes no responsibility for the delivery or the items.

Payment

The current method of payment available when purchasing from CollectionofDesigners.com is credit card. We accept payments from the regular credit cards like: VISA, Matercard och Diners. We use the services of Payer to carry out transactions.

When an order is to be placed the customer is directed to a particular payment grid. The payment grid runs from a payment server which employs full security measures such as a SSL certificate, the new security standard 3-D Secure. No unauthorized people will be able to see your credit card details. The transaction is carried out within the payment grid and afterwards you are immediately directed back to Collectionofdesigners.com.

Returns and refunds

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact the Designer directly. Return the item to them and when they have received it they will confirm this with Collectionofdesigners.com. You will receive a full refund upon confirmation of the return of the item. CollectionofDesigners.com will keep the shipping cost.

Order confirmation

When you place an order confirmation will be sent by the Designer to the email address you have registered.

Personal security

According to law you must agree to Collectionofdesigners.com handling your personal details. Collectionofdesigners.com hereby commits not to give out any personal information to a third party without your consent.

Product information

Each Designer on CollectionofDesigners.com is responsible for ensuring that the items and that the images of the items are representative of reality. CollectionofDesigners.com does not guarantee nor take responsibility for the images precisely representing the actual appearance of the items.

Right of return

If you regret your purchase you are responsible for the return of the items. In Sweden, according to the law, you have a 14 day right of return. When your purchase is sent to you the right of return applies from the day you have received the order or a portion of it.
