How do I become a Seller at CollectionofDesigners.com?

Just go to, I want to be a Seller!, and register your information.

Everyone will not be accepted to become a seller on CollectionofDesigners.com, and that why there will be a two step registration.

To become a seller you must be over 18.


What items can I sell on CollectionofDesigners.com?

You can sell your own designs or artwork and also vintage. But CollectionofDesigners.com like nice stuff. You are welcome to come up with your own ideas.


How many items can I feature?

As many as you like.


Which currency does CollectionofDesigners.com use?

All the prices will be in Euro. We might change the currency in the future.


How and when to I receive my money?

A purchase on CollectionofDesigners.com can only take place via a credit card. All money is transferred into an account provided by CollectionofDesigners.com. The money is paid to the Artist or Designer within twelve days with a specification/receipt. CollectionofDesigners.com takes a 15 % commission on each sale, exclusive V.A.T.


How do I close my account?

Please contact mimmi@collectionofdesigners.com to have your account closed.


How does shopping at CollectionofDesigners.com work?

When you make a purchase at CollectionofDesigners.com it is important that you carefully read every sellers shipping conditions and acknowledge the shipping cost.
After reading the sellers conditions, click the Buy- button and follow instructions.

At this time, you can only make a payment with your credit card.

When you receive your product confirm this with an e-mail to the seller.

You do not have to be a member to be able to shop and you can buy merchandise from a number of different sellers at the same time.


What can I buy at CollectionofDesigners.com?

You can buy unique creations from more or less established designers and artists. Clothes, art, vintage and other cool designerstuff.


Who pays the shipping cost?

Shipping cost are included in all prices. The seller inform in his/hers shop in which area they are able to deliver.


As a buyer, how I do I report problems with an item?

If you have bought a product and discover a problem, immediately contact the seller. It is the seller that is responsible for assuring that the product is ok, and that it is delivered carefully. The seller is always responsible to assure that the product is packed in a correct manner.

If there is a dispute between you and a seller, contact Collection of Designers and ask for help. If a seller is involved in many disputes, his or her membership will be terminated.


I have made payment on a product more than 10 days ago but still havent received it. What do I do?

Contact the seller to see if there are any problems. If the seller does not respond, contact collection of Designers and you will immediately be given your money back.

In most cases, direct contact with the seller is the best solution.
