CollectionofDesigners.com gives you, as a unique and a more or less established artist or designer, the opportunity to sell your creations. You establish your own shop and are personally responsible for updating your site with new products, as well as for the sales and delivery of all purchases.

By using the CollectionofDesigners.com web site you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

MEMBERSHIP AS ARTIST OR DESIGNER

Membership is obtained by completing an application form. Members are to provide their correct personal details including their full address and are to ensure that the information remains current. By registering you are accepting the terms and conditions and agree to follow the requirements related to the service.

Our service is not available for, and may not be used by those under the age of 18, those who have been denied membership or had their membership revoked.

You are responsible for all activity under your username, log-in-name and password. You only have the right to use the service through your own username, log-in-name and password. You are responsible for ensuring your password is protected and that it does not become available for the use of others.

Due to the difficulty of controlling a Designer’s identity on the Internet, we cannot guarantee that the given identity of each of our Designers is correct and neither can we guarantee that the information stated by the Designers on the website is correct.

We are not responsible for any loses related to your use of the CollectionofDesigners.com web site.
We have the right to expel Members/Designers from the service if they neglect to follow the Membership Terms and Conditions.
If you are away for a longer period of time or if for any other reason you are not able to be active in CollectionofDeigners.com then inform info@collectionofdesigners.com. You are also responsible for updating your profile to inform your visitors of your absence.

COMMISSION AND FEES

CollectionofDesigners.com takes a 15 % commission on each sale, exclusive V.A.T.
A purchase on CollectionofDesigners.com can only take place via a credit card. All money is transferred into an account provided by CollectionofDesigners.com. The money is paid to the Designer within ten days with a specification/receipt.

By agreeing to CollectionofDesigners.com´s Terms and Conditions the Designer/Member also agrees to CollectionofDesigners.com withholding the commission and the transaction costs, with the balance being paid within ten days.

CollectionofDesigners.com maintain the right to increase the commission during advertising campaigns. CollectionofDesigners.com may also increase the commission if it is deemed necessary to ensure the success of the business/website. Any such change will be communicated on the website’s front page seven days prior to its implementation.

YOUR INFORMATION AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A DESIGNER

As a Designer it is in your best interest to be clear in your communication! Information should include where you deliver to, what your products are, if you will be away etc.
When you have received an order you are to send confirmation to the email address the Purchaser has provided. Items that have been paid for must be sent to the Purchaser within 10 days.

If a Purchaser is dissatisfied with their purchase then they are to contact the Designer directly. If the product is returned to the Designer then the Designer is obliged to inform CollectionofDesigerns.com. This is to enable a refund to be made to the Purchaser.

Before you deliver a product check the Purchaser’s address to ensure that the item is sent to the right person. Responsibility for the item being delivered to the correct address lies with the Designer. The Purchaser has the right to receive an item that fits their expectations based on the description of the item and any other agreements between you. If the item delivered is not correct it is the Designer’s responsibility to correct the situation.

As in other situations the Designer and the Purchaser must come to a mutually agreeable solution. CollectionofDesigners.com will not take a position on these matters.

All electronic items must be SE certified.

Pornography, the promotion of drugs and the publication of copyright protected material is forbidden. CollectionofDesigners.com also has the right to disallow images without motivation if they are seen to breach CollectionofDesigners.com Terms and Conditions.

Collectionofdesigners.com is not to be used to conduct illegal activity or activity that can be deemed as offensive such as persecution based on ethnicity, harassment, bullying, chain-letters or encroachment of material protected by copyright. Linking to sites that include illegal content is also considered a breach of the Terms and Conditions.

Collectionofdesigners.com has the right to market items displayed on the website in other ways than were stated by the Designer at the time the item was registered.

PERSONAL DETAILS

According to law you must agree to CollectionofDesigners.com handling your personal details. CollectionofDesigners.com commits never to transfer your personal details to a third party without your consent.

PERIOD OF AGREEMENT AND CANCELATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Members have the right to cancel their membership at any time by notifying CollectionofDesigners.com via email.

CHANGES

CollectionofDesigners.com has the right to change the terms and conditions at any time should it be deemed necessary to follow changes in the law and government regulations.
If CollectionofDesigners.com finds that there has been a breach of any of the above-mentioned terms and conditions the user-identity will be removed without forewarning.
If you believe a Member/Designer has broken any of the terms and conditions please inform CollectionofDesigners.com immediately by emailing to info@collectionofdesigners.com.

CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

You must be 18 years of age or above to be able to place an order. If not, you need an authorised consent from a parent or a legal guardian to be able to place an order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Each individual Designer on CollectionofDesigners.com has their own terms and conditions for delivery and freight. Read each Designer’s terms carefully. Unless a Designer has outlined otherwise they have 10 days to deliver once an order has been placed. Should a Designer for some reason not be able to deliver the item/s within 10 days then they are obliged to notify the Purchaser. CollectionofDesigners.com takes no responsibility for the delivery or the items.

PAYMENT

The current method of payment available when purchasing from CollectionofDesigners.com is credit card. We accept payments from the regular credit cards like: VISA, Matercard och Diners. We use the services of Payer to carry out transactions.

When an order is to be placed the customer is directed to a particular payment grid. The payment grid runs from a payment server which employs full security measures such as a SSL certificate, the new security standard 3-D Secure. No unauthorized people will be able to see your credit card details. The transaction is carried out within the payment grid and afterwards you are immediately directed back to Collectionofdesigners.com.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact the Designer directly. Return the item to them and when they have received it they will confirm this with Collectionofdesigners.com. You will receive a full refund upon confirmation of the return of the item. CollectionofDesigners.com will keep the shipping cost.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

When you place an order confirmation will be sent by the Designer to the email address you have registered.

PERSONAL SECURITY

According to law you must agree to Collectionofdesigners.com handling your personal details. Collectionofdesigners.com hereby commits not to give out any personal information to a third party without your consent.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Each Designer on CollectionofDesigners.com is responsible for ensuring that the items and that the images of the items are representative of reality. CollectionofDesigners.com does not guarantee nor take responsibility for the images precisely representing the actual appearance of the items.

RIGHT OF RETURN

If you regret your purchase you are responsible for the return of the items. In Sweden, according to the law, you have a 14 day right of return. When your purchase is sent to you the right of return applies from the day you have received the order or a portion of it.
